Having spent several years in the accounting and finance sector, my true passion for shoes eventually led me to the world of footwear. I trained at the prestigious Askardamykti vocational school, where I was deeply inspired by my tutors to pursue the art of traditional shoemaking. After graduating, I had the privilege of joining the teaching team at the school, sharing my knowledge and passion for the craft with others.
Driven by a love for the art, I continued to explore new materials, refine my techniques, and create custom shoes for myself and friends. Throughout this journey, I became fascinated by the beauty of shoemaking - the materials, hand tools, and the process of creating footwear in the traditional manner. I was captivated by the pursuit of the ideal fit, comfort, and bespoke culture that surrounds handcrafted shoes.
The next step in my path was to create a space where my vision for footwear could flourish. In my personal workshop, I design and craft leather shoes, made exclusively to order.
I invite those who wish to experience the world of traditional, bespoke footwear to join me in the process, a timeless craft passed down through generations.
