The atelier is located in the heart of historic Athens. Though it is a modest space of approximately 25 square meters, every aspect of the shoemaking process takes place within these walls.
The first room is the birthplace of every shoe. Here, I engage in meaningful conversations with the clients, listening to their ideas and life experiences. This dialogue becomes an invaluable part of the process, inspiring the creation of shoes that reflect the client's personality and meet their specific needs. Samples, lasts, leathers and the distinct scents of the workshop all play a role in shaping this experience.
The second room is dedicated to the craft of shoemaking. Visitors can explore the hand tools, materials and small machines that will be used for crafting of handmade footwear. The timeless hand tools, some of which date back over 50 years and have been passed down from one shoemaker to the next, are still in use today, contributing to the creation of shoes that honor tradition and craftsmanship.
